Shipping policy

Where applicable, freight will be charged and will be added to your shopping cart at the time of checkout.  Australia Post is our preferred courier service.

** Deliveries of Large / bulky orders or over 3kg weight may incur additional charges. Remote areas may incur additional surcharges. We will contact you in such an event to discuss increased shipping costs.

All parcels are despatched from Melbourne, Australia.

We endeavour to despatch orders within one business day. Shipping times vary, please check Australia Posts website for shipping times.

Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customs (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.

Goods delivered internationally will be sent via UPS, FedEx or Australia Post International. You will receive an email to confirm your goods have been despatched and parcel tracking information so you can check your parcels whereabouts. Due to the change in how some countries have changed their import rules, your country may now be exempt from our normal shipping.  We will advise this at the time of your enquiry.
