Do you offer pick up of goods?
We sure do to our warehouse in Cheltenham Victoria. When checking out, just choose the pick up option.
What carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post, together with Star Track. At check out you will have the option to choose from Parcel Post, Express Post and Star track with their pricing and estimated delivery times listed for each. Wholesale Customers have other options.
What time do I have to have my order in for same day dispatch?
To guarantee your goods leave our warehouse same day, if the goods are available, the cut of time is 3.00pm
Can I get a refund?
We will happily exchange or issue a credit note to the amount of the returned item/s. You must contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the order. The part/s in question must be unused and in the original packaging that they were supplied in. Specially procured items are not returnable or refundable unless they are faulty. The return of the item is at your own expense. Any freights charged are not refundable.
